Painting from "the inside out" is a process which allows me to outwardly communicate my inner life.

My Inspiration

Everything internalized, the experiences I have, the people in my life, my hopes and dreams, my faith are all reflected from heart, mind, and soul through the prism of my intuitive lenses resulting in artistic expressions. I embraced the recognition of my muse and divine inspiration to create vivid abstract expressions which share my story, define my journey, and inspire me to embrace all that is good in my life.

My Medium

I work in acrylics most often on stretched canvas or canvas board. I find the viscosity and drying properties work well with my spontaneous style of painting which is in the moment of inspiration. I do not plan my paintings, I go into my studio, select music that resonates with my emotional state, select a color pallet by intuition and throw my heart at the canvas. Acrylics seem to satisfy me.
